Painted Sounds

[Text available only in English] Painted Sounds is a collaborative audio-visual performance with acousmatic, ambient electronic music & innovative use of algorithms for computer software-generated reactive digital painting.

Asia Gulcz composed electronic music, recorded, mixed, and produced by herself.
Asia Gulcz is also a costume designer as well as a performer.

Blair Zaye then measures the frequency and amplitude data from the music composition via Touchdesigner - a node-based audio-visual software. Each instrument is captured separately onto tracks.
