This interactive installation merges art and technology, offering visitors an immersive experience. The work features a series of images created in 2020 using artificial intelligence algorithms based on generative adversarial networks (GANs). These images, generated in an era before the advent of prompts, represented a new artistic aesthetic emerging from the fusion of technology and human creativity.

The heart of the installation lies in the creative process that led to the birth of the displayed works. To create these images, thousands of artworks belonging to different artistic movements were scanned from catalogs, books, and art magazines. These data (the scans) were fed into an AI algorithm that analyzed them, deconstructing and recombining the elements to create a new visual interpretation.

The installation is made interactive through the use of augmented reality (AR). By pointing a mobile device or tablet at the prints, visitors can see the creation process of the works themselves. Thanks to a video showing a morphing (step generation), viewers are invited to immerse themselves in the various stages of transformation of the images, from their initial conception to their final form. This step-by-step animation reveals the complex algorithmic mechanisms and aesthetic decisions made by the AI during the generation of the works.
