Sanz’s works combine vocal techniques, prepared turntables, prepared guitar, audio visual instruments, feedback systems, free improvisation, custom software, otoacoustic phenomena and signal amplification.

Sanz's actions seek to open a dimension where to generate a new sensorial space in the register of acoustic, visual and tactile perceptions as a form of transformation, of permanent reinvention of human perception.

In recent years, his works are shown at international festivals including Borderline [PL], Volumens [ES], IFFR [NL], CTM [DE], Berlin Atonal [DE], Mira [ES] Moscow International [RU], Centras [LT] and Mapping [CH].
Sanz also works under the name of Thiula (soloist noise project, 2017 - now) and Noijzu (free improvisation duo, 2017 – now).
